What You'll Earn

$50,000 – $85,000+ in annual earning potential

• Hourly base pay + uncapped commission

• The opportunity to grow your earnings through your performance

What You'll Do

• Create great customer experiences by making every guest feel welcome, comfortable, and inspired.

• Help bring spaces to life by guiding customers through furniture, mattresses, and home décor selections that fit their style, needs, and budget.

• Build lasting relationships through genuine conversations, thoughtful recommendations, and exceptional service.

• Drive your success by working toward individual and team sales goals.

• Become a product expert through ongoing training and hands-on experience with our collections.

• Be part of the team by helping maintain an inviting showroom and supporting your coworkers.
