Requirements: Coaching certification and a Bachelor's in psychology, social work, counseling, education, human services, or a related field. 2+ years of experience providing coaching, mentoring, or youth development support to K-12 students. Ability to navigate technology, reliable computer and internet, and professional liability coverage.
